Over 28+ Years of Combined Experience

Ryan is a graduate of the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business. He holds a degree in Risk Management and Insurance as well as several insurance-specific designations including the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Associate in Risk Management (ARM), and the Associate in Reinsurance (ARe). Prior to joining BlueSkyRisk and launching Park Shield, Ryan spent ten and half years in the Large Commercial Property division of Zurich Insurance, finishing his time there as a Property Underwriting Manager. Ryan is married to Laurel Murphy and has a daughter, Lucy.

Drew is a graduate of the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business. He also has his Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation. Prior to joining BlueSkyRisk and Park Shield, Drew worked at Risk Placement Services, Inc. where he brokered wholesale property insurance for almost 7 years. When Drew is not working you can find him fishing, golfing, running or, playing with his dog Bonnie.

Kirsten holds a BBA in Risk Management and Insurance from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business. In her free time, she enjoys relaxing at the lake, playing with her dog, Ellie, and reading books.

Hunter holds a BBA in Risk Management and Insurance from Georgia State University’s Robinson College of Business. Hunter also currently works as a Property Specialist for Park Shield’s sister program, Entertainment Risk. Hunter lives with his long term girlfriend Simone, and has an English bulldog named Craig.

Carter is a graduate of the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business with degrees in Risk Management and Insurance as well as Finance. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking and grilling, hiking, spending time with friends, and cheering on the Atlanta Braves at Truist Park.

Kory graduated from Morehouse college with bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing. Before joining Park Shield Kory worked as a Data analyst for UPS. In his free time Kory loves watching sports as well as binge watching shows.

Nathan is a graduate of Florida State University. Prior to joining Park Shield, Nathan worked as a Financial Crime Investigator for the State of Florida. In his free time, he enjoys travelling, powerlifting, and spending time with friends and family.

Jeffrey is a graduate of the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business. Prior to joining ParkShield, he underwrote Casualty business at WFKC. Outside of work, he enjoys working out, skiing, and attending sporting events.

Chris is a graduate of Oglethorpe University with a degree in Mathematics and Actuarial Science. He was a college basketball player and since graduating spends his free time playing golf.
